how much time does delivery take?
delivery throughout Pakistan is done within max 7 business days. But you always can annoy us if you really can't wait. (jk, we're never annoyed by our pookies)
what to do if my order is delayed?
check your email if you have recieved a dispatch email or not. Your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days of dispatch, if you don't have one yet, feel free to shoot an email through the 'contact us' page.
do you offer cash on delivery?
yesss! for now in fact we offer only cash on delivery, online options coming soon.
Returns (COMPLETE THIS)
do you offer returns?
Our return policy allows returns within 14 of purchase as long as the items are faulty, or damaged by us. We cannot accept returns otherwise as this is a card game and even 1 card missing will ruin the game. anyway, contact us if you have a geniune reason :)
do you offer store credit for returns instead of a refund?
